The Medical Device Reprocessing Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective reprocessing of medical equipment. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reprocessing medical devices, including sterilization, cleaning, and packaging. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About YouWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in medical device reprocessing. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 plus graduate of a recognized Medical Device Reprocessing Technicians' course and a minimum of 9 months recent related experience.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be required to demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and safety, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
HoursThis is a permanent full-time position, working 75 hours biweekly. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-call duties may also be required.
