Position Overview

The Beauty Shop Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of our beauty establishment, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a managerial role within the beauty or aesthetic industry
Work Environment

This role is set within a dynamic beauty shop or aesthetic service setting, where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff management
  • Oversee budget planning and inventory control
  • Manage advertising contracts and marketing strategies
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
Supervisory Responsibilities

Lead a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Safety and Security

Maintain basic security clearance to ensure a safe environment for both staff and clients.

Employment Details
