Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence:
    • Aim to meet and exceed sales objectives, ensuring a high sales-per-hour rate.
    • Enhance brand visibility through your extensive product knowledge and engaging demonstrations.
    • Exhibit entrepreneurial spirit while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Outstanding Customer Service:
    • Lead by example to promote the renowned Tilbury Touch and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborative Teamwork:
    • Foster a positive and cooperative work environment with colleagues.
    • Encourage open communication, professionalism, and creativity at all times.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure the display area is always prepared for customers from opening to closing.
    • Maintain high hygiene standards by regularly cleaning display units, tools, and testers.
    • Assist in managing inventory levels, including stock counts and timely replenishment.
    • Support visual merchandising efforts and new product displays in collaboration with the Sales and Artistry Executive.
    • Contribute to the execution of promotional events.
    • Maintain effective communication with the Brand field team regarding any display area needs or concerns.
    • Uphold high standards in managing schedules and submitting time records accurately.
