Position Overview

The Beauty Shop Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our establishment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This position is set within a dynamic beauty shop or aesthetic service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations to enhance service delivery.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff management.
  • Control budget and inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage contracts related to advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a dedicated team of staff members.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of approximately 5-10 employees.

Security and Safety Standards

A basic security clearance is necessary for this role.

Work Conditions
