About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Studio Manager to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our beauty studio, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of beauty professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales, including managing contracts for advertising and marketing services.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets, including managing inventory and ensuring that financial targets are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a beauty studio or salon management role.
  • Work Setting: Beauty shop or aesthetic service.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail, and physically demanding work environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
