About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Representative to join our Talent Acquisition team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in preparing and posting employment opportunities, processing online and paper-based profiles/applications, and pre-screening and shortlisting applicants.
  • Applicant Assessment: Evaluate applicants, coordinate the completion of relevant employment documentation, and review and confirm credentials/qualifications with applicants.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete routine and confidential human resource and labour relations related documentation, such as letters regarding appointments and employment verification, and maintain accurate records.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct human resources research and analysis, provide advice and clarification/interpretation of collective agreements, and respond to general queries concerning internal/external recruitment.
  • Project Support: Participate in confidential projects as requested, gather and consolidate statistical information, and provide summaries of data as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a two-year post-secondary program in human resources or a directly related discipline.
  • Experience: Two (2) years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Competencies: Demonstrates the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring, and Courageous, and creates the conditions for people to succeed.
