The Authority offers a comprehensive array of primary and secondary medical services across various inpatient, outpatient, and community-based programs.
- Internal Medicine/ICU
- General Surgery
- Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Neonatal Care
- Diagnostic Imaging
- Anesthesiology
- Lead the resuscitation and stabilization efforts for major trauma patients and critically ill individuals.
- Evaluate and manage a diverse range of emergency medicine cases, including injuries and medical or surgical conditions affecting patients of all ages, as well as mental health crises.
- Full-time roles require a specified number of hours annually, with rotational shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Part-time positions are also available, particularly for those interested in hospitalist programs or family medicine.
- Current shifts are structured as either 4 or 8 hours, with options to combine shifts as necessary.
- Candidates must be eligible for licensure with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Family physicians should maintain membership with the relevant professional organization.
- Specialists must qualify for certification with the appropriate certifying body.
- Membership with the necessary professional association is mandatory.
- All candidates must hold current certifications.
- For those lacking specific credentials, mandatory certifications include ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and Advanced Airway management.
- Training in Emergency Department Ultrasound is highly valued and supported by the department.
