Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Touchdown Canada Immigration. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and prepare sales contracts
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and provide excellent customer service
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a technical field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
