Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal SAGE consultants and client project teams, providing essential project support to supervisors, managers, and engineers involved in radiopharmaceutical initiatives.
  • Assist the SAGE project manager in coordinating equipment management for new manufacturing processes in radiopharmaceutical operations, from design through procurement and implementation.
  • Develop project documentation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Commissioning and Validation protocols for radiopharmaceutical projects.
  • Manage equipment vendors during specification, installation, and validation phases.
  • Execute commissioning and validation documentation with guidance from the SAGE project manager.
  • Generate project reports, timelines, and assist in project planning and proposal processes as needed.
  • Support the Change Control program.
  • Organize, lead, and schedule meetings.
  • Apply relevant standards and guidelines in project activities as directed.
  • Comply with all client policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Travel may be required based on project needs.
  • Occasionally, the candidate may need to participate in site operations, necessitating the ability to don required personal protective equipment (PPE) and access manufacturing areas, including confined mechanical spaces and rooftops.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Preferred co-op or work experience in radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and engineering practices is advantageous.
  • Strong work ethic coupled with excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
