Job Description

  • As a Project Coordinator/Estimator, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution and timely completion.
  • You will be responsible for reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications, as well as estimating project costs and developing detailed project plans.
  • With a strong background in construction and estimating, you will be able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing environments and timelines with ease.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as providing exceptional presentation skills to our clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Estimator
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
  • Diploma in Construction/Estimating
  • Ability to work and learn estimating software
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, and Teams
  • Ontario Fall Protection and WHIMS certification
  • First Aid certification

What We Offer

  • $54,000 to $84,000 per year, plus full benefits
  • Work from our office only
