We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Trinity Financial Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing effective solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Project management and identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and interpret results.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The work setting is in the financial services industry.
