Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Trinity Financial Services Inc. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and document them to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, and manage projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
