Job Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing technical solutions to meet those needs. This includes working with clients to identify requirements, documenting technical requirements, and designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
  • Resolve conflict situations and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and project management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
