Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Trinity Financial Services Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing technical solutions to meet those needs. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their requirements and providing advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify technical requirements and document them to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Project management and identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret results.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
