Job Title: Line Cook

Meltwich is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
