About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dancyn Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction
    • Work with our culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and mentor our culinary team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and productivity
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand
    • Work with our purchasing team to negotiate the best prices for ingredients and supplies
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
    • Work with our front-of-house team to ensure that customers have a positive dining experience
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior chef role
  • Skills
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
