About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 963822 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
    • Provide guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
    • Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure that all maintenance supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in a safe and healthy manner.
    • Identify and report any potential health and safety hazards to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years
