Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 963822 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities, including costs and materials used.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit and hire maintenance staff as needed, and coordinate related staffing actions.
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Estimate costs and materials required for maintenance projects, and ensure that budgets are managed effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities operations role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
