Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a dynamic Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Front of House staff to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through consistent monitoring of guest experiences
  • Accomplish restaurant human resource objectives by enforcing all policies and procedures
  • Maintain an engaging and memorable ambiance in VIP areas by controlling lighting, background music, and linen service
  • Reconcile end of the night funds
  • Solve problems and resolve conflict proactively through analysis, critical thinking, and flexibility in approach

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for hospitality and commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced service environment
  • Ability to initiate innovative and creative sales and food service activities
  • Safe food handling and smart serve certification is preferred
  • A flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ideal candidates would possess a college or hospitality degree
  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a bar, licensed restaurant, or similar environment is a requirement
