Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team at JYSK Linen'n Furniture Ltd. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of sales and merchandising plans, promoting a highly engaged team culture, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and merchandising plans to maximize sales and achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
