About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to join our team at Prana Masonry Inc. as a Bricklayer Helper. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of accuracy, dependability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Material Handling: Transport materials to and from construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and minimal waste.
  • Task Execution: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, as well as paving and raking asphalt.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of physical stamina and endurance.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift and handle materials up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with ease.

  • Team Player: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hardworking: Proven track record of hard work and dedication to meeting deadlines.
