Tojiron Masonry Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Trades Helper to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced crew members.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Work Environment

As a Construction Trades Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. The work site environment can be dangerous, dusty, and physically demanding.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy loads (over 45 kg/100 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and locations.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
