Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bricklayer Helper to join our team at Prana Masonry Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting our bricklayers in various tasks related to masonry work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work under tight deadlines. You will be required to lift and move heavy materials, often exceeding 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a variety of weather conditions.

Personal Qualities and Experience
  • We are looking for someone who is accurate, dependable, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an asset, but not required.
  • We offer a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Work hours are 30-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team.
