WSP Canada is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to enhance its Renewable Energy Project Management Team within the broader Power Canada division. This division, comprising over 300 committed professionals across the nation, is focused on assisting clients in meeting the increasing demand for dependable energy while minimizing greenhouse gas emissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage renewable energy initiatives, including wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Establish, nurture, and sustain relationships with clients to ensure project success.
  • Evaluate project performance utilizing appropriate methodologies and tools.
  • Develop and refine leadership capabilities.
  • Participate in conferences and training sessions to enhance expertise.
  • Occasionally travel within Canada for client engagements, site evaluations, and project support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
