WSP Canada is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dedicated Renewable Energy Project Management Team within the broader Power Canada division. Our Power Canada team, comprising over 300 enthusiastic professionals across the nation, is focused on assisting clients in addressing the increasing demand for dependable energy while minimizing greenhouse gas emissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively oversee wind, solar, battery energy storage, and other renewable energy initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle;
  • Establish, nurture, and sustain client relationships;
  • Evaluate project performance utilizing suitable tools and methodologies;
  • Continuously enhance leadership capabilities;
  • Participate in conferences and training sessions to maintain expertise;
  • Occasionally travel for client consultations, site evaluations, and support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related discipline;
  • 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities;
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
