Sustainable Energy Project Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively oversee wind, solar, battery energy storage, and other renewable energy initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle;
- Establish, nurture, and sustain client relationships;
- Evaluate project performance utilizing suitable tools and methodologies;
- Continuously enhance leadership capabilities;
- Participate in conferences and training sessions to maintain expertise;
- Occasionally travel for client consultations, site evaluations, and support.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related discipline;
- 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities;
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
