Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at ASI Tech Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction personnel, including laborers, carpenters, and equipment operators.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel on site.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as construction management or a related trade.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
