About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Espira Engineering Ltd. as a Project Supervisor. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing land survey and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Supervision: Act as project supervisor for land survey or construction work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather relevant information, assess project progress, and identify potential issues.
  • Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analyses of survey and field data for development of topographic, soil, hydrological or other information and prepare reports.
  • Client Communication: Confer with clients and other members of the engineering team to determine project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Design Review: Interpret, review, and approve survey and civil design work to ensure it meets company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a consulting engineering company.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
