Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Silver Salon. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate spa events, programs, and activities to meet guest needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and train spa staff to ensure they are providing high-quality services and meeting guest expectations.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of spa facilities and equipment.
  • Requisition and order spa supplies and materials as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities of spa staff.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a spa or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
Work Environment:

Our spa is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet guest needs and expectations.

Language:

The primary language spoken in our spa is English.

Hours of Work:

36 hours per week.
