Job Title: Massage Parlour Manager

Puress Spa and Laser Clinic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Massage Parlour Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, promoting the clinic's services and increasing brand visibility.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail, and fast-paced environment.
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
