Job Title: Spa Operations Manager

Puress Spa and Laser Clinic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Spa Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, and hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the spa is clean and safe, and maintain a high level of maintenance and upkeep.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, fast-paced environment, physically demanding, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment:

The Spa Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
