Job Title: Spa Manager

Puress Spa and Laser Clinic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. The successful candidate must be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
