Casino Banker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Casino Banker to join our team at Niagara Casinos. As a Casino Banker, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing cash handling, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process a variety of transactions, including cash transactions, ATM and jackpot machine reconciliations, and ticket redemption kiosk management.
  • Complete pit bank transfers with Table Games and handle all financial activity related to patron credit.
  • Process required settlement forms upon completion of shift and complete emergency BV drops for slot machines and inventory transfers.
  • Work in a highly regulated environment, standing for long periods of time, and adhering to OH&S policies and legislation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience counting and balancing large sums of money.
  • Previous cash handling experience with both CDN and US currency.
  • Exceptional mathematical, balancing, adding, and calculating skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
