Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including the gaming floor, public areas, and office space.
- Prioritization and Time Management: Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring that all areas are clean and safe.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure that all areas are clean and safe.
- Working Safely: Work safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation.
- Knowledge of Casino Operations: Have thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties.
- Teamwork and Flexibility: Work independently and as part of a team that supports and helps one another, and be flexible to support a 24/7 operation.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 3-6 months of work experience in a busy housekeeping environment.
- Equipment Operation: Demonstrated experience in the use of burnishers, floor scrubbers, shampooers, and large vacuum cleaners.
- Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Physical Assessment: The ability to successfully pass a pre-placement physical assessment.
