Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food products.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
