- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: English.
As a Shift Manager at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated employees. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
