Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintenance of the restaurant.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including cash handling, sales, and labor costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
