About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Lebowski's Kitchen & Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and implement procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Staff Recruitment and Management: Recruit and hire staff, and manage their performance to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets, and work with the events team to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
