About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Browns Socialhouse Rochdale. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality dishes.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and quality control to ensure that our customers receive safe and delicious food.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and exceptional dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Personal Qualities

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Language

The primary language of communication in this role is English.
