About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our discerning customers.

Culinary Team Management

Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Staff Training and Development

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our kitchen staff improve their skills and advance their careers.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen and is required for this role.

Work Hours

40 hours per week is the standard work schedule for this role.
