About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Terry Pro Painters Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and finishing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and estimate costs and materials for the job.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, using a variety of techniques and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in physically demanding environments.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Experience with brush painting, roller painting, drywall taping/patching, sandblasters, and other equipment.
