Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of roofing professionals to achieve exceptional results and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and monitor the quality of work to ensure that it meets the company's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the work site is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, team performance, and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
