Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of roofers and shinglers to ensure high-quality work and efficient project completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
