Job Title: Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor

At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our roofers and shinglers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of our roofers and shinglers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop the skills of our team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed at all times, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our team.
  • Coordinate Materials and Equipment to ensure that our team has the resources they need to complete projects successfully.
  • Resolve Work Problems and provide technical advice to our team members, helping them to overcome challenges and improve productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
