Job Title: Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor

At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our roofing and shingling projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing and shingling teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in roofing and shingling supervision.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 32 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
  • English language proficiency.
