Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Brand Strategist to enhance our team. In this role, you will immerse yourself in the intricacies of the e-commerce landscape, collaborating with various departments to deliver outstanding service to our clients. You will report directly to the Director of Operations, receiving valuable mentorship and training to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring timely communication and support
  • Lead client meetings and present performance insights
  • Develop data-driven proposals and strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives
  • Facilitate client success through clear communication and ongoing campaign enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and revenue expansion
  • Proactively assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee account management from setup to reporting, collaborating with supporting teams
  • Work closely with design, copywriting, advertising, and content teams to optimize client strategies
  • Establish yourself as a knowledgeable resource on e-commerce best practices
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

We value passion and a willingness to learn over a strict list of qualifications. However, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1 year of experience in account management or client services
  • 1-2 years in a client-facing role
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A collaborative spirit and positive attitude
  • Comfort in engaging with various organizational levels
  • A desire for professional growth in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or technology sectors

Compensation

The salary for this position will be determined based on experience, with a range between $50,000 and $60,000.
