Job Title: Member Service Representative

Coast Capital Savings is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, building strong relationships, and delivering a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to members, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
  • Build trust and rapport with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Offer financial advice and guidance, recommending Coast Capital products and services that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Coast Capital's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to members.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve member issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Coast Capital's products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
