Job Title: Youth Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Program Coordinator to join our team at the Geneva Centre for Autism. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of programs for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behaviour management programs to support individuals with ASD
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our programs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate and CPR Certificate
Work Environment:

Our work site is located in an urban area and is a community agency that provides social services and charity work. As a Youth Program Coordinator, you will be working in a noisy environment and will be required to work under pressure.
