Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Harrison Spa Motel. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient use of resources and effective maintenance of facilities.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services required to maintain facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and effective maintenance of facilities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
