Job Title: Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

Harrison Spa Motel is seeking a highly skilled Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
