Aon: Actuarial Internship in Retirement Consulting

Aon is looking for a motivated Actuarial Intern to join their Retirement Consulting division. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for both remote and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support actuarial assessments for pension schemes;
  • Assist in the preparation of actuarial estimates and forecasts;
  • Offer technical assistance for pension scheme administration;
  • Analyze and interpret pension plan documentation;
  • Maintain plan records and ensure membership accuracy;
  • Complete necessary submissions to pension authorities;
  • Calculate benefit eligibility;
  • Engage in internal workshops and technical training sessions;
  • Utilize Excel-based actuarial software tools.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word applications;
  • Prior experience in actuarial roles is advantageous;
  • Currently enrolled in Actuarial Sciences or a related discipline;
  • Preferably in the second work term or higher.
